3. Please correctly install and confirm whether the rotation direction of the KTW blade is clockwise (arrow direction).

Reasons for poor grinding:

(1) The copper scrap after cutting remains on the electrode cap.

(2) The tool does not match the electrode.

(3) The grinding time is too short.

(4) The set grinding position offset (the electrode position deviates greatly from the tool turning center).

(5) The grinding interval is too long and the electrode is deformed greatly.

(6) Electrode eccentricity and electrode tilt are greater than 15°.
